The Founders
Quadratic Concepts was founded by Faith Sibanda and Mandla Sibanda. This was in response to a need to serve the business growth interests of small companies that are generally overlooked by big business. The combined expertise and experience of the founders, covers a broader spectrum inclusive of brand building, creative concepts, ICT, management, design and marketing. In addition, we have invested in knowledge acquisition through courses aimed at strengthening the company’s ability to deliver. These include Customer Management, Banking, Marketing, ICT (Development), Total Quality Management, DevOPS and Advertising.
